love this so much. it’s so wistful but promising…like a sunrise in a field in the middle of nowhere. i want this.
So this girl I knew in high school just got engaged. And I remember being her table partner in physics and talking her into dating this guy because even though he asked her out and she said yes she didn’t really want to be with him because she was SO hung up on her ex. But I encouraged her to give this other guy a shot because she could end up really liking him and it would be good for her….and now they’re engaged.
This is why people should listen to me forever.
